    1. hi i think u should look at what you're working towards, if you're working out you need nutrition. you need to make sure you're eating and eating well, cutting out excessive sugars in your diet and so on. if you're working out with a fitness instructor you should probably talk to them as well.

    2. You won’t get ulcer from eating once a day as long as the food is healthy and has lots of protein and carbs. What you’re doing is sort of like an eating pattern called intermittent fasting. You can read up more on it if you like. It’s actually quite healthy and effective for weightloss.
