Here are the recipes:

Weight Loss Unripe Plantain Recipe.

This recipe is a well balanced, filling and tastes delicious. That's what makes it an excellent weight loss recipe.

Unripe Plantain Recipe
INGREDIENTS
  •  4 Unripe (or green) plantain
  • 1 bunch of Ugwu (Pumpkin leaf)
  • 1 bunch of scent leaf
  • 1/2 cup of crayfish
  • 1 smoked fish
  • 1 onions (medium size)
  • 1/4 cup of Palm oil
  • 1 seasoning cube (maggi)
  • 1 seasoning powder
  • salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel and dice your plantain.

  2. Put diced plantain into a pot and add in your palm oil, sliced onions, seasoning cube, salt, and water. And cook till plantain gets soft

  3. Then add in your crayfish, smoked fish and seasoning powder. and then stir and let it cook for ten more minutes.
     
  4. Add your scent leaf and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Finally, add in your ugwu leaf and a pinch of salt, stir and let it cook for another two minutes.

  6. Turn off heat and serve!

Unripe Plantain Recipe For Sexual Enhancement

This recipe is a herbal mixture that helps with erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation and loss of libido in both men and women.

INGREDIENTS
  • Unripe (or green) Plantain
  • Garlic
  • Pure Honey
  • Cloves
  • Walnuts

This unripe plantain concussion is powerful and said to help cure ulcer in two to three weeks.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 or 3 Unripe (or green) Plantain
  •  Water
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Peel,  cut your unripe plantains into small pieces.
  2. Put your cut unripe plantain into a container with a cover (or lid)
  3. Fill the container with up to half or more with water.
    NB: DON'T fill the water to the brim. Allow some space in the container
  4. Cover container tightly and shake very well to mix content properly. Then store away for 2 to 3 days, so the unripe plantain mixture can ferment.
HOW TO USE
  • Before your meal drink a glass (about 30ml), two to three times daily (depending on urgency)
  • Take continuously for a period of 2 to 3 weeks
NOTE

The concussion tastes something like raw potato water. Not the most delicious taste but drinkable.
