Ingredients for Spring Roll Filling:
  • 1 lbs of ground turkey/beef/chicken
  • ½ of a medium onion, sliced
  • ½ of a small cabbage, chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, shredded
  • 1½ tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce

How To Make Spring roll wrappers/sheets
  1. 1
Measure your flour and salt into a bowl and mix together. Add water gradually and mix well to prevent any lumps formation. Additionally, you can strain your batter to remove lumps not seen (optional).
  2. 2
Get your non-stick pan and place on the lowest heat. With the aid of a pastry brush, brush the batter on the pan to form a circular shape or till it covers the entire pan. Adjust the heat slightly higher, allow to dry and/or till the wrapper becomes easy to remove from the pan.
  3. 3
Place the wrapper on a damp kitchen towel and cover so it doesn’t dry out. Clean the pan with a wet cloth and repeat the process till all the batter is finished.
